1976 Dom Perignon This is one of Juan's special bottles and probably not for sale, in any event, I am please to talk to anyone who is interested in good wine.

This is one of the finest reservas from the early 1900s. Paterina was established in 1896: Federico Paternina created a winery on a site featuring cellars dug in the 16th century and, ever since, has always strived to obtain the highest quality.

Binissalem is located in the region known as Raiguer, is famous for its wines (with their own guarantee of origin designation). This village, which has about five thousand inhabitants, is situated roughly in the centre of the island and is known internationally for the wines it has produced for many years
